Installation of a substation with primary voltage 138 kV / 100 MVA for power distribution in the new industrial unit. This installation was needed to meet the growth in production using steam demand control from the process for actuation turbines 25 MW working at peak hours. This site has been designed with power management through IEC 61850 network in EPMS system.
Reform of the energy recovery plant with the installation of a cogeneration turbine with a capacity of 27 MW, field instrumentation with 981 I/O, emergency system utilities, two substations of 13.8 kV – 8 MVA, synchronization panels protection and control system, power management (EPMS) for capacity control and division of electric charges – load shedding, load sharing.
Construction of Electric Power System for IndustryConstruction of 40 medium voltage substations 4000 kVA each, interconnected with 76000 meters of cable divided 4 circuits in underground facility for system redundancy, two transformers of 25MVA – 138 kV, 358 Medium Voltage Panels, system lightning rod, grounding, IEC 61850 network, control by EPMS-Electrical Power Management Systems, protection and selectivity of the electrical system, 3148 meters of infrastructure for electrical distribution in medium voltage, commissioning and assisted operation.
