Building a data center with 38,750 ft² in which it was necessary to design and build a modular data center with the same characteristics of the existing installation making it possible to reduction of timeframes and cost on schedule. The power system installed meets the classification TIER 3 and LEED certification. The investments were applied in rainwater harvesting integrated Reuse Water Treatment Station – WWTP.
The new data center was built with 25 MVA of electrical power, 4 generators of 2.5 MVA with supervision in the automation room using EPMS (Power Management Control System). In IT rooms, it was installed for access control Biometrics with authorization levels. Automation room were installed videowall with dedicated servers to control of Chilled Water Central overseeing the temperature environments and CO2 levels.
For climate control of administrative areas were installed three chillers with a capacity of 200 TR each and production was installed 3 chillers with a total capacity 1500 TR which interconnect with 44 Fan Coils.
Data Center was installed fire detection system activated by suppressing air, thermovelocimetric sensors and the combat system that drives the fire station pumps for sprinklers. The construction has been executed by planning 25 steps allowing client operation of a crescent shape in the implementation of this project.

medium voltage with 85,000 meters of cables, 8 PDU – Power Distribution Units of 300 kVA, 10 RPP – Remote Power Panel 225 kVA, 3-ATS Automatic Transfer Switches 800 kVA, 4 UPS – Uninterruptible Power Supply to 400 kVA, control of installations with EPMS – Electrical Power Management Systems, IEC 61850 network in medium voltage substations for protection and rejection of electric charges on demand, BMS – Building Management System integrated with CCTV, access control, perimeter security, HVAC system with 5 chillers of 500 TR capacity each, 88 fan coils distributed on floors and interconnected with 38 tons of pipe SCH 40, 1550 meters air conditioning ducts, 1340 tons of steel structure, system for diesel supply 120,000 liters, firefighting system and early detection type HSSD with FM-200, 19,380 ft² of acoustic treatment and noise attenuators, electrical system selectivity, commissioning of systems and integrated testing of the facility.
