Complex with 85,000 square meters of built area and installations with a certification Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) for operating an oil company. The facilities were installed for distribution of air conditioning in more than 2000 workstations with CO2 emission control on site and benefit return temperature of air from the environment to energy saving, natural lighting and power system distributed through busway.
The water heating systems are connected to solar energy and taking advantage of heat emissions from burning natural gas chillers. Corporate Data Center is rated Tier 3 with sprinkler detection integrated with automatic fire suppression through gas FM 200 and UPS in parallel. The building was fully air conditioned with use of three central chilled water dedicated to comfort and critical systems totaling 2500 TR. The area of building utilities have a power system with 5 medium voltage substations and power generation. The building has reused water treatment plant (WWTP) with tanks of 50,000 liters of water storage capacity, and 76,000 liters of potable water.
