Installation of a plant with 190000 meters square including the construction of administrative offices for 1,200 work posts, 5 industrial warehouses to customer production process, connected by pipe-racks for distribution utilities pipes, power system cables, networks communication in fiber optic and automation.
A primary electrical substation of 138 kV was built to meet the demand of the plant connecting with other secondary substations in each industrial shed.
Automation systems have been installed in substations and power management with the automation control room. The commissioning of large systems was first made on manufacturers and finalized within the new facilities.
Technical Summary
Planning and installation of Oxygen Factory encompassing 880 tons of steel structure for pipe-rack, 119,000 km of power distribution cable, reversible heat exchangers, distillation columns, expansion turbines, sub-coolers, reboiler, substations 12,000 kVA, 12,300 km of infrastructure, 5,200 l/O for connecting instrumentation with blast furnace, hydrocarbon chromatograph for analysis, pre-cooling system of air compressors associated with gas cleaning – Tricling Cooler, 5 stationary cryogenic tanks of 110 cubic meters and 28 km pipeline for distribution.
